S8-V the new generation of vertical cartridge fillers

World´s first automatic cartridge filler build in the early 70s – of course by Schwerdtel - was working with the vertical filling principle. During the years we have focused more and more on design and building of horizontal high-performance cartridge fillers.

• The extreme wide range of vioscosities of our customer´s products became now a challenge to overthink again the principal of vertical filling with new ideas and the experience of the last decades.

The result following only two years of developement is a complete new family of machines.

Besides the S8-V / A for standard plastic cartridges, the S8 – V / A Special with quick-change-over-system for 300 ml and 100 ml – cartridges (other volumes upon request) soon the S8-V / 2A for Koax – 2-Component-Cartridges will be available.

Further versions like for auluminium cartridges will follow within the next years.

• Special efforts have been put into the developement of a brand new system, which allows to fill low and high viscous products at the well known Schwerdtel quality.
The fact that allready the prototype a year ago was able to fill more then 30 cartridges per minute demonstartes our vision and target to build the best vertical cartridge filler of the world.
