The Schwerdtel S 7 Series filling machines are designed for the fully automatic filling of pasty products into cans and pails – printing inks, and also polyester fillers, greases, sealants, resins and similar viscous products.
The thread is cut off without a trace, ensuring that cans leave the machine absolutely clean, and lids fit tightly.
The S7 is specially designed and provides therefore totally air-free filling of higher–viscosity products, such as special printing inks for banknotes and security printing.
S7-V Fully Automatic Volumetric Filling of Cans and Buckets

| The S 7-V provides accurate volumetric filling for low and higher viscous products into cylindrical and conical cans and pails. A lifting and lowering station is available as an optional extra for the S 7-V (S7-V/H) for extremely high – viscous products to avoid air inclusions. A further option with volumetric filling is the use of a checkweigher (S7-V/C). Output: up to 22 cans / min. (1 kg) depending on material viscosity and infeed rate. With the very first container filled, our line self–adjusts to your product and its filling requirements fully automatically! S7-M/V Fully Automatic Volumetric Filling of Cans
| Compact volumetric filling of vacuum cans or slip lid cans with an adjustable dosing volume up to 3.000 ml. For printing inks the feeding can be from the Triple Roller Mill via storage tank and suction pipe. Alternatively product infeed from Container Press S2-F (option) or Drum Press S6-F (option). Output: up to 18 cans / min. (1 kg) depending on material feeding. The machine can be equiped with following optional stations: can and lid depiler, lifting station, rotary table for slip lid cans, spraying of anti-drying agent, lid pressing station and seaming station for lids.
